Local Government Area Attestation Form:Every successful applicants’ must print the Local Government Area Attestation Form and signed by a military officer not below the rank of Wing Commander in the Nigerian Air Force, Nigerian Army and Nigerian Navy or a Police Officer not below the rank of Assistant Commissioner. It can also be signed by Local Government Area Chairmen/Secretaries and Magistrates or a mandate subordinate. The signee of the Local Government Area Attestation Form must accompanied his/her passport photograph and photocopy of valid identification card for authentication.
  4. Any applicant that obtained false document(s) shall be disqualified from the Selection Exercise. Also, any false declaration detected after successful selection in the process may lead to withdrawal applicant from recruitment training.
